  3.    THE CRUNCH!

  6.    Y'know, folks,  quite a lot of effort went into bringing you this little    
  7.    number. Picture the scene - evening after evening hunched over a hot key    
  8.    board, fingers rapidly  wearing  down to the  quick.  Countless hours of    
  9.    tedious debugging, searching out  every  last little hiccup (except  for    
  10.    the ones you've just found).

  14.    Then there was the cost of the new compiler which I had to buy (yes, you    
  15.    heard correctly, Brian, I said BUY) only to discover  that to compile my    
  16.    magnum opus I needed an extra meg expansion.  And I still haven't made a    
  17.    mention of the  electricity  bill, the starving kids dressed in rags, or    
  18.    the hard drive which I want, to make it easier for me to keep on writing    
  19.    these things for all you folks out there to play.
