  28. What is PC-TRACK?
  29.  
  30. PC-TRACK is a simple but sophisticated means of tracking
  31. earth orbiting satellites. PC-TRACK is capable of tracking up to
  32. 200 satellites simultaneously in 3D or on a flat mercator 
  33. projection! 
  34.  
  35. PC-TRACK is useful to amateur radio and weather satellite users,
  36. science teachers, experimenters, and serious satellite users.
  37. Use it for demonstrating orbital mechanics, predicting
  38. availability times, making presentations, performing satellite
  39. constellation studies, and general orbital analyses. PC-TRACK
  40. uses satellite data readily available from NASA and other
  41. sources.

  82. In order to run properly, PC-TRACK needs...

  84.       ■     any  80286,  80386SX,  80386,  80486 processor based system.
  85.             (A math coprocessor SIGNIFICANTLY improves performance, 
  86.              but is not necessary to run.)

  88.       ■     2 - 16 MB

  90.       ■     at least 3MB of disk space.

  92.       ■     MS-DOS or PC-DOS version 5.0 or greater.

  94.       ■     VGA Color Video  (Required for  graphics use. Any  lesser video
  95.             standard will work using the TEXT track capability).

  113.   Assuming the installation went without problems...

  115.   A] Review the QUIKSTRT.DOC (in the .\DOCS subdirectory)
  116.      file for some tips for getting familiar with the program quickly.

  118.   B] Print The Users Guide... 
  119.  
  120.      We recommend that you print out the users guide provided on the
  121.      distribution disk. It is installed in the .\DOCS subdirectory.  
  122.      It explains how to use PC-TRACK.  To print out the PC-TRACK User Guide, 
  123.      just type:

  125.         COPY USRGUIDE.DOC PRN <RETURN>

  135.       If installation proceeded correctly, the installation program 
  136.       will have left you in the directory into which PC-TRACK was 
  137.       installed. At other times you will have to CD to the directory 
  138.       before running the program.

  145.      PC-TRACK runs in DOS Protected mode. For information on DOS protected
  146.      mode or if you are having problems running PC-TRACK, see the file
