  18. MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR MetriCon DISKETTE!!!
  19.  
  20. This diskette contains the files for MetriCon, the Metric conversion program.
  21. These files are not compressed or archived in any way.  If you wish to install
  22. MetriCon on your system you have two options:
  23.  
  24.     Your first option is to run INSTALL.EXE.  'INSTALL' will guide you
  25.     through the steps necessary to get MetriCon installed and running
  26.     on your system.  'INSTALL' can copy the correct files to the direc-
  27.     tory of your chioce.  You are also given the option ofviewing the
  28.     documentation from the installation program.  This is the best op-
  29.     tion for installing MetriCon.

  31.     Your second option is to create a subdirectory on your hard drive
  32.     called 'METRIC' or anything else that you prefer.  You should then
  33.     copy all of the files into the subdirectory you have created.  This
  34.     installs the program on your system.  You then can run MetriCon
  35.     by making the subdirectory current and typing METRICON.

  37. This diskette should contain the following files:
  38.  
  39.     METRICON.EXE - the executable file that you run to use ShowMe Saver.
  40.     README.DOC   - the documentation for ShowMe Saver.
  41.                Saver's default hot-keys and password.
  42.     INSTALL.EXE  - the installation utility.
  43.     README.1ST   - the file you are reading now.
  44.     METREG.FRM   - the form for registering ShowMe Saver.
  45.     SITEREG.FRM  - the form for site registration of ShowMe Saver.

  47. If all of the above files are not on the diskette, you don't have the complete
  48. MetriCon package.  Contact the source where you obtained MetriCon to obtain
  49. the complete software package.  Once you have installed MetriCon, it is
  50. strongly recommended that you read the documentation.
