- The following describes some general forms used for record keeping. All
- forms use the standard IBM graphic characters and can be printed on
- most printers. Currently I am using a Panasonic in the letter quality
- mode. It is fairly easy to modify the forms to your own needs if you
- have a good editor which will allow editing the graphics characters. I found
- editor macros to be helpful also.
-
- AUTO.FRM - Summaries auto milage and expenses each month. Primiarly
- useful to someone with small business.
-
- INVNTRY.FRM - Inventory form. You need this for insurance purposes.
-
- PLANWEEK.FRM - Weekly plan and daily log
-
- QUOTES.FRM - Summaries the current price of an investment (stock) at the
- end of each month. Used for net worth calculations.
-
- DEDUCT.FRM - Log for misc. tax deductions.
-
- MEMO.FRM - Formal memo format.
-
- RENTEXT.FRM - Rental investment expense log.
-
- RECORDS.FRM - Personel records.
-
- MAGS.FRM - Keeps track of magazine subscriptions. (when does that
- subscription expire?)
-
- CHECKS.FRM - Check or transaction log for low activity accounts (money
- market funds, etc.)
-
- INSURE.FRM - Insurance record
-
- SUM1.FRM - Six month summary of Networth or Income or Expenses or ?
- SUM2.FRM
-
- Some of the forms would be more readable if they were rotated to use the
- long side of a page. This could be done by printing the form sideways.
- Unfortunatly the graphics characters got screwed up when I tried it.
- If anyone can find a way to do this please let me know.
