  3.                  How to upload to SIMTEL20
  4.  
  5. I have received many inquiries about why SIMTEL20 does not publish
  6. instructions for uploading files for those who wish to submit their
  7. programs.  The reason is that we prefer to coordinate uploads by
  8. having contributors contact us first so we can check to make sure the
  9. program is not already in the repository.
  10.  
  11. File uploads are accepted via FTP using a special uploading account,
  12. via e-mail using a special mailbox which does not interfere with
  13. regular correspondence, and via modem at Detroit Download Central
  14. (313) 885-3956 (300-14400bps 212/V.22bis/HST/V.32/V.32bis/V.42bis/MNP).

  16. If you have a program to upload please send e-mail to me with a short
  17. description of the files you wish to submit.  Please do *not* send
  18. files to my mailbox.

  20. Because of local management policy, SIMTEL20 does not accept games for
  21. submission to the archives unless they are strictly educational.
