- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 1 cup Pumpkin
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 ea Eggs
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 1/2 cup Milk - whole

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Mix all but egg whites. Beat egg whites and add last. Pour into
- unbaked pastry shell and bake at 450 F. for 10 minutes, then 325 F.
- for 30 minutes. This will form meriguw on top when baked.
