- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup Butter - melted
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- Filling:
- 1 1/4 lb Cottage cheese
- 4 Tbsp Butter - melted
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 ea Egg yolks
- 1/2 cup Nuts - chopped
- 1/2 cup Raisins - chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Flour

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Crust:
- Roll crackers to make fine crumbs. Add butter and sugar, mix well.
- Line pan with crumbs and press them firmly along sides and bottom of
- pan.
- Filling:
- Combine ingredients in order given. Mix thoroughly and pour into
- crumb-lined pie pan. Bake in moderate oven 350 F. for about 30 minutes
- or until filling is firm.
