- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 2 cup Water
- 1 1/3 cup Sugar - or to taste
- 1 tsp Knox gelatine - unnecessary
- 1 pt Cranberries - more if desired
- 1 ea Lemon - juice
- 2 ea Egg whites - stiffly beaten

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Make syrup by boiling water and sugar together for 5 minutes. Boil
- cranberries until soft in little water, press through sieve, add to
- syrup. Cool and freeze. When slightly frozen in refrigerator try add
- stiffly beaten whites of 2 eggs, beat well with frozen liquid. Repack
- and freeze as desired. Use any fruit juice. We like different berry
- juices, grape, lemon and orange combined or lemon alone.
