- 3 ea Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Salt - pinch
- 1 cup Whipping cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Orange juice
- OR
- 1 ea Lemon - juice of
- OR
- 1 cup Seasonal fruit

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Cream egg yolks until light and fluffy. Beat whites of eggs with salt
- until stiff. Add yolks to whites, with sugar, whipped cream, milk and
- fruit. Put in trays of refrigerator, freeze until mushy. Remove and
- stir until fluffy. Replace in refrigerator and let stay until desired
- consistency.
