- 3/4 cup Corn meal
- 1 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 ea Eggs
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Lard

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add milk and melted lard and
- beat well. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven.

- Note: Hot oven is 400 - 450 F.
