- 2 cup Corn meal
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 4 Tbsp Shortening - melted
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Flour - white
- 2 ea Eggs - well beaten
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Baking powder

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Stir all together. Pour in baking pan. Brush top with melted butter
- and bake in moderate oven 25 minutes.

- Note: Moderate oven is 350 - 400 F.
