- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 ea Eggs
- 1 cup Milk - sweet
- 3/4 cup Corn meal
- 1 3/4 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs beaten, milk. Sift corn meal,
- flour together with baking powder and salt. Bake about 20 minutes.
