  12.         What is CSRNet? Well, simply put, CSRNet is a gateway for
  13.   INTERNET Private E-Mail and USENET NewsGroups. If you have been
  14.   looking for a way to get an INTERNET feed for your BBS or just
  15.   for personal reasons, then CSRNET is for you. We currently have
  16.   State Co-Ordinators is many states in the U.S. as well as sever-
  17.   al Provincial Co-Ordinators in Canada.

  19.         If you have the ability to process mail via a FrontEnd 
  20.   Mailer and a Mail Tosser for your BBS in .PKT format, or via
  21.   .QWK packets and a Mail Tosser for your BBS, you have EVERYTHING
  22.   you require to recieve our gated INTERNET Private E-Mail and 
  23.   USENET NewsGroups Feed! All the conversions that are neccessary
  24.   have already been performed and all you need to to is dial in
  25.   and grab your mail!

  27.         CSRNET is currently carrying approxiamtely 65 of the
  28.   4,000+ USENET NewsGroups. We have access to all of these news-
  29.   groups and are able to get any of them activated. Please refer 
  30.   to the CSRNET.ZIP file for further information on this sub-
  31.   ject. These available NewsGroups range from Beer Making to
  32.   Abortion Debates to Elvis Sightings to Thesis Papers on Aids.
  33.   Basically, if there is a subject to be talked about, its 
  34.   available as a NewsGroup!

  43.         If you live in a State or Province that is NOT listed be-
  44.   low, and would like the opportunity to be the State or Provincial
  45.   Co-Ordinator for your area, PLEASE File Request (FREQ) CSRNET
  46.   from 1:222/21@FidoNet. The file CSRNET.ZIP is the complete infor-
  47.   mation package that has ALL the current information on CSRNET.

  49.         If however, you live in a State or Province that IS listed
  50.   below, that means there is already a State or Provincial Co-
  51.   Ordinator in place in that area. You should be able to FREQ 
  52.   CSRNET from that respective Co-Ordinator and you may then apply
  53.   to become an independant feed or a HOST site for your CITY.

  55.         Please realize that Co-Ordinator and HOST sites are issued
  56.   on a first come first serve basis. As Vacancies are filled, the 
  57.   following list will be updated. If for some reason you are 
  58.   unable to FREQ the CSRNET file from your respective Co-Ordinator,
  59.   you will ALWAYS be able to get the latest version from 1:222/21.
