  11.       Everything you ever wanted to know about a BBS before you give
  12.       the (Phone Company) a penny of your hard earned money.
  13.       Find the BBS that supports your habits. Looking for games?
  14.       You may look at the BBS "Main Interest" or "O =" section and see if 
  15.       it's their specialty, or it might be that a certain BBS is the Support
  16.       BBS for your favorite game's or other programs. To find out if a
  17.       BBS is a Support or Author BBS look under the "A" and if there is a 
  18.       yes go to the "A =" in that BBS's listing to see if it is your type 
  19.       of Programs. If it is the Adult Files that interest you, look under 
  20.       the "X" and there will be a "Y" or "N", its that simple. 
  21.        
  22.       For you Long Distance callers, In some areas it is far cheaper to
  23.       call Out Of State numbers than those in your own Area Code or State.
  24.       Most Long Distance company's have a calling plan that can save you
  25.       many of those hard earned dollars. You should give your Long Distance
  26.       Carrier a call, most of them have an 800 number listed in your phone 
  27.       book that can give you all the information you need to get your Phone
  28.       Bill down to size, and give you a chance to explore the BBS World.

  30.       This File will be available once a month as BBSMAX##, BBSMAX00 being
  31.       The Pre-Release for SysOp's to get their BBS's Listed in the first
  32.       issue which will be BBSMAX01. SysOp's fill out SYSOP.APP for this.

  34.       Now for the World of BBS's. The following describes the entries
  35.       for each of these fine BBS's. They are in order of State and Area 
  36.       Code then Town. The First BBS listed in a specific town will always
  37.       be the first and then in order of my recieving the applications
  38.       will continue. Give them a call Today!

  41. @ = Baud of that Specific Node  (+)= 14400+, (=)= 9600 (-)= 2400 or less
  42. Baud = Top Baud Rate Supported 
  43. C = Main CPU File Types ( I= IBM compatible, M= Mac, A= Amiga,)
  44. N = Total Number of Nodes 
  45. P = Number of Public Nodes 
  46. S = Number of Subscriber or Supporting Member Nodes
  47. Meg = Meg of On-Line Space (Hard Drive and CD-ROM)
  48. CD = CD ROM's On-Line
  49. # = Number or CD-ROM's On-Line
  50. R = That the BBS has a CD-ROM disk rotation schedule
  51. ASP = Association of Shareware Professionals Member BBS (Yes or No)
  52. HRS = Hours per Day
  53. B = Beta Test Site 
  54. A = Software Support BBS ( Author BBS )
  55. V = Visiting SysOp Area or Conference
  56. X = Adult Files and/or Conference Area
  57. O = On-Line Games
  58. T = Free or Trial Membership time in (Days)  [0 = None]
  59. % = File Ratio - Number Shown is the (# of Files) you May Download for every 
  60.          (one) Quality Non-Duplicate Upload Made to the board! [0 = No Ratio]
  61. $ = Supporting Membership available to Reduce or Remove File Ratios, add to
  62.     available On-Line Time, and/or access restricted or Member only Functions
  63. U = Upload Processor used to check for Duplicate Files ect.
  64. Z = Zmodem Protocol Available
  65. 2 = 2 Way Protocols Available
  66. M = Messages Bases and/or Networks, Mail Doors available
