  81. NOTES TO SHAREWARE AUTHORS AND PUBLISHERS

  83. We sincerely thank the authors and publishers who make it easy
  84. and simple for us to include their programs in this CD-ROM
  85. collections.  While we cannot guarantee a registration rate
  86. increase for you, but your work will be evaluated by more
  87. potential customers.  The more people try out your programs,
  88. the higher the chance of getting more registrations.
  89. We will do our best to present your work in a favorable manner.  
  90. We try to make it easy for the computer user to test-run 
  91. your program.

  93. Some authors and publishers impose conditions and terms that
  94. make the inclusion of their programs in this CD-ROM difficult.
  95. Some demand written permission while others forbid putting
  96. their programs on CD-ROM totally.  Some of these programs can be
  97. identified quickly if they follow the ASP conventions of
  98. put VENDOR or LICENSE files in their program.  Then we can

  100. not follow the ASP convention and simply hide their policy
  101. in their documemtation files.  Then it is difficult for us

  107. If you want the shareware concept to work, you must make it easy
  108. for shareware vendors to publish and distribute your work.
  109. Our job is to bring you potential customers.  Your job is to
  110. make your program as good as possible and offer some premium
  111. to motivate people to register your programs.  You should also    
  112. price your registration fee carefully and do not overprice
  113. your program.  There are many reasonably good commercial programs
  114. priced under $20 and even $10.  So when you price yours, make 
  115. sure its on par to similarly priced commercial software.
