  4. This package has been released as Shareware.  This means that you
  5. can use the software freely for an evaluation period not to exceed
  6. one month.  If you continue to use this program after this time you
  7. must register as described below.  If you decide not to register
  8. then you must delete the program from your computer.  This includes
  9. all programs that may be created with Image Maker during the
  10. evaluation period.

  12. This program has been released to shareware as is, there is no
  13. registered copy of the program.  When you register for this program
  14. we will not send a disk by default, we will assume that you already
  15. have a complete copy of the program.  If you wish to have us send
  16. you a disk please specify on the order form below and include 
  17. five dollars to cover shipping, etc.  We will also not send a 
  18. receipt by default, if you require a receipt please check the
  19. box below.
