  1. NOTIS Systems, working with the University of Minnesota, is
  2. offering a graphical user interface Gopher client for the
  3. Internet. Called WinGopher, the product is a Windows-based
  4. PC client that organizes and simplifies Internet access
  5. through point-and-click access to Gopher servers throughout
  6. the Internet.

  8. WinGopher works with any viewer (text, WAVE, GIF, and AVI)
  9. and includes both a text and GIF document viewer. Using
  10. bookmarks called "collections", WinGopher retains frequently
  11. accessed servers or documents in user-defined groups. The
  12. graphical interface works with any WinSock DLL-compliant
  13. communications package to connect to any gopher server
  14. without typing server addresses or logon commands.
