  11. DirectUpdate is not public domain program.  It is copyrighted 
  12. by Idyle Software.  This software and accompanying 
  13. documentation are protected by Canadian and United States 
  14. copyright law under the North American Free Trade Agreement 
  15. and also by other international treaty provisions.

  17. Idyle Software grants you a license to use this software in
  18. conjunction with DirectUpdate enabled products. A DirectUpdate
  19. enabled product is a computer product which has integrated
  20. the DirectUpdate technology.

  23. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  24. licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any 
  25. such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic

  30. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  32. You may distribute the DirectUpdate client as much as you 
  33. would like, as long as its files stays unmodified.

  35. Permission to distribute DirectUpdate is not transferable, 
  36. assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each individual wishing 
  37. to distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms 
  38. of this limited distribution license.

  41. by the U.S. Government of the computer software and 
  42. documentation in this package shall be subject to the 
  43. restricted rights applicable to commercial computer software
