  4.     This is a very simple way to make a blowgun that you can pop baloons
  5. from the other side of the fence, Piss people off or just whatever.  All
  6. you need is one of those giant pixie sticks and alot of thumb tacks.  The
  7. kind you usually see on bulliten boards with the hard plastic butts and the
  8. short stubby needle.  Take your giant pixe stick (you can usually find these
  9. at certain candy stores) and cut it to about a foot in length.  Place your
  10. tack into the end point first and blow!
