  18. All development was done in the Borland C++ 3.1 environment under a DOS machine
  19. with testing there and compiled with gcc under UNIX, all run on a 486-33DX
  20. machine.  Some hints and helps were given by Robbie Jacobs 
  21. (robbie@prodigal.psych.rochester.edu) and Matthrew Hohlfeld 
  22. (mh007b@uhura.cc.rochester.edu).

  24. I expect to be releasing bug fixes, new implementations, and new libraries
  25. for other kinds of nets in the future.  For requests, help, information, or 
  26. just to chat about stuff, please email me.  I can always send out newest
  27. stuff to you.
