  13. [NOTE:!!! Carriers are not detected in this program by connecting
  14.     with them! Trying to do so will result in Failure!!!!!]
  15. (ENTRIES FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

  17. ENTRY #1:  This Integer contains the length of time in seconds
  18.            after a carrier or dialtone has been found that the
  19.            program waits until it dials back to reverify its find.
  20.        Setting this Entry to a '0' (ZERO) causes the program
  21.        to save its find without verifying it.
  22. ENTRY #2:  Modem Initialization String.  This string is VERY
  23.        important because all timing and modem responses are
  24.            a result of this line.
  25. ENTRY #3:  This entry contains the Dial String, which is responsible
  26.        for the Detection of Carriers and/or Dialtones.
  27.        Detection of Either depends upon a modems capability
  28.        to do so.
  29. ENTRY #4:  This entry contains the response of the modem, resulting
  30.        from line #3, that Signifies a CARRIER DETECTION.
