  2. DISKSALV 2 REGISTRATION/ORDER FORM (V11.27)

  4. There are two DiskSalv registrations: shareware and semi-commercial.
  5. The semi-commercial version may only be ordered by mail (available
  6. sometime in August of 1993), and it includes a complete and
  7. professionally printed User's Manual, an AmigaGuide manual, the latest
  8. version of DiskSalv, and "anything else that's lying around the
  9. computer room".  You can also order automatic updates, which will be
  10. sent when available.

  17. will be accepted.  Foreign check orders should include extra to cover
  18. collection fees.  No credit cards yet, please.

  33. In the event that DiskSalv can't fix your disk, I will examine it for
  34. basically the price of return postage.  This is no guarantee of repair
  35. or recovery of data, since physically damaged or erased data can not
  36. be recovered.  Also, hard disks (RDB SCSI only) shipped can be damaged
  37. in transit.  Please include a phone number with any shipped disk, and
  38. contact me in advance to describe the problem before shipping.
