  7. Access the net, write mail, ftp, www and gopher from one window. You
  8. can also use AmiTCPHelper to organise the various AmiTCP config files
  9. including DialScript, .sig, config and newsgroups. Created with CanDO
  10. v's 2.0 and 3.0 by Ben Vost. Comes with the necessary CanDo.library
  11. v3.6.

  16. v1.14    There was no version 1.13 but only because I don't like to
  17.     tempt fate :) v1.14 sees the addition of the Mailqueue clone
  18.     to the AmiTCPHelper window. At the moment this checks
  19.     uuspool: every five seconds to see if there is new mail or if
  20.     mail has been sent. It creates a text file in T: called
  21.     SpoolList, so if you find your DOpus constantly rereading T:
  22.     that is the reason. 
  23.     Changed the About menu item back to the standard one, the one
  24.     in v1.12 was only for registered users.
  25.     Rewrote some of the documentation to stop it seeming so
  26.     dated.
  27.     Changed the way the mailboxes were checked and now the
  28.     requester will change dynamically if mailboxes are deleted.
  29.     In previous versions you had to restart AmiTCPHelper to see
  30.     any changes. The names in the requester are also now in
  31.     alphabetical order.
  32.     Internal simplification. I got rid of a couple of tooltypes
  33.     that didn't do anything along with their mentions in the
  34.     scripts.

  37. v1.12    Yet another rejig of the buttons as the Prefs and Read News
  38.     buttons have been removed. Not sure if I like the new layout
  39.     so it might get changed yet again...
  40.     I've added a DOSNotify event to check to see if a new mailbox
  41.     has been added when mail is received. Previously, the only
  42.     time AmiTCPHelper checked for the names of the mailboxes was
  43.     at startup.
  44.     One internal change with regard to how registered owners are
  45.     dealt with...
  46.     Dumped the Prefs page as being beyond my capabilities and
  47.     also a bit pointless.

  66.     Added IRC and Prefs buttons to the interface which has been
  67.     jiggled to fit the new buttons in without requiring more
  68.     space. The Prefs button doesn't work at the mo, but will
  69.     eventually let you edit TCP-related ENV variables and the
  70.     co-ordinates and size of the windows that AmiTCPHelper opens
  71.     amongst other things.
