  1. This file (ODBC.exe) is a self exploding ZIP file. It
  2. contains the entire Microsoft ODBC (Open Database 
  3. Connectivity) software development kit. This kit comes 
  4. with a dummy loop-back driver as well as a test dBase 
  5. driver to help you test your applications. To install 
  6. the SDK on your hard drive the following steps must be 
  7. taken:

  9. 1)    Extract the files from the self exploding zip 
  10.     file ODBC.exe. This is done by typing ODBC at the 
  11.     prompt in the directory where ODBC.exe resides.
  12.  
  13. 2)    From the Windows File Manager, double click on 
  14.     setup.exe. This file is one of the several
  15.     files extracted from ODBC.exe.
  16.  
  17. 3)    Follow the instructions on the screen.
