  1.                MicroHelp VBTools 2.1 Demonstration Program

  3. The demonstration consists of these files:

  5.    READ    .ME   This file
  6.    VBT2DEMO.EXE  Demonstration program
  7.    VBT2DEMO.DAT  Data file containing text information
  8.    VBT2DEMO.HLP  Sample online help file
  9.    VBT2DEMO.PLB  Bitmap library
  10.    MHCARDS .DLL  Playing card bitmaps
  11.  
  12. You'll also need the following files, which can be found in VBT2RT.EXE
  13. (VBTools 2.1 runtime libraries.)   
  14.  
  15.     MHEN200.VBX
  16.     MHAD200.VBX
  17.     MHGR200.VBX
  18.     MHTI200.VBX
  19.  
  20. In order to run this demonstration, you'll need the Visual Basic
  21. runtime DLL. The name of the file is VBRUN100.DLL. If you don't already
  22. have Visual Basic, there are two places where you can obtain it (along
  23. with VBT2RT.EXE). In both places, the name of the files to
  24. download are VBT2RT.EXE and VBRUN.ZIP:

  33.               After registering, type the following at the main
  34.           menu prompt:

  39. In order to run the demo and view the "details" about each
  40. control from within the demo, the files VBT2DEMO.PLB and
  41. VBT2DEMO.DAT must be in the same directory as VBT2DEMO.EXE.

  43. If you are already a user of VBTools, the MH??200.VBX files
  44. are the *runtime* DLL's from VBTools 2.0. Therefore, you should
  45. delete MH??200.VBX from this directory so that VB doesn't find
  46. them first when you want to work in design mode!
  47.  
  48. The *.VBX files are *runtime* versions of our DLL's. Attempting to 
  49. load them into the VB environment will cause an error to occur.
