NAME
mkgrpbyusr - Make group file by user name
SYNOPSIS
mkgrpbyusr
[
-v
] [
groupfile
]
DESCRIPTION
mkgrpbyusr
is used to take a
group(5)
file and convert it into
a file mapping user names to the group access list for
that user.
This is used to make the
group.byusr
NIS map.
mkgrpbyusr
reads
groupfile
for input. If no file is specified, then standard input
is read.
OPTIONS
- -v

Print statistics to stderr regarding
internal hash table usage and hit rates.
