File Scanner is a freeware program for identifying differrent file formats. Now it can do something more, such as unpacking or decrypting DOS executable files, calculating sizes of directories and handle headers of executables.

It can: insert one file into another from any offset, overwrite one file by another from any offset, cut information from file (from any offset and length), truncate file, delete bytes from beginning and end, copy any file to another (from any offset and length), create new filled files (random filled or zeroed).
