A workshop at the Renewable Energy Asia Pacific Conference, February 12, 1996, New Delhi, India. The presentation was supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development, Office of Energy, Environment and Technology.
The Sun's Joules is an interactive multimedia enclyclopedia about renewable energy and energy efficiency. It runs on Windows-based or Macintosh platforms with 8 MB of free RAM and 256 color monitor. Funding was generously provided by Dr. Allan Hoffman, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Utility Technologies, U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy.
