[24fps conversion (inverse telecine)]

This filter can manipulate the settings for each frame, as in frame reduction..

Screen shot

This filter can convert a 30fps (60 field) movie into a 24fps movie. Frame flicker may occur on films captured from the television at 30fps because the television output is 24fps.

The default setting is "24fps (flicker prioritized)".

Frame Display
The upper area of the window contains the frame display area. Two frames are displayed, "a" and "b". The "a" frame is the frame as it was taken from the file. The "b" frame is current frame field combined with the next frame field. The field combination is dependent on the field order.

One will be able to see the scan lines on the "a" frame, and the clean "b" frame.

Click on a frame to select it. Selected frames are displayed with a red border. Right-click to bring up the options submenu.

Specify a deinterlace sequence for a series of frames. A "0" to not output the frame, a "1" to output the frame, and a "2" to copy the frame to the current output.
