TMPGEnc's primary settings window.
This window contains the primary settings for the encoder. Beginner users will have no need to change any of these settings.
These settings are saved to the file called "TMPGEnc.ini" in the application folder upon exit.
The "Environmental Settings" window contains [Settings], [CPU], [Sound], [External Tool], and
[VFAPI Plugins] tabs.

- Close the "Environmental Settings" window and keep the new settings.

- Close the window and discard the changes.
