HLINKWHICHMK
The HLINKWHICHMK enumeration constants specify whether a moniker being
requested is the moniker for the container document or a base moniker specific
to a hyperlink site. These constants are used in the
IHlinkSite::GetMoniker method.

Used to specify that the hyperlink wishes to retrieve the moniker for the
hyperlink container corresponding to a particular hyperlink site.

HLINKWHICHMK_BASE

Used to specify that the hyperlink wishes to request the base moniker
corresponding to the particular hyperlink site. (These may be different, for
example, if a <BASE> tag is used in HTML).
