This dialog box displays information about the session that was just encoded, including the type of encoding (broadcast or encode to file), selected devices, and expected and average bit rates achieved during the encoding session. The results give you immediate feedback on how the session went, which is useful for testing purposes. For example, you might decide to reduce the bit rate after reviewing the average bit rate for an encoding session. You could change the session configuration, encode the content again, and then view the summary results to determine whether you achieved the desired bit rate.
