    SetEGA43
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Switches a monitor with an EGA or VGA card to 43-line mode or
    50-line mode, respectively.  This command has no effect if the video
    card is not an EGA or VGA type.

    This command has no effect in the OS/2 version of QEdit.
