BullGuard - Antivirus - Shell scanning


BullGuard allows you to quickly scan a file or a folder. By simply right clicking the mouse on a file or folder the following popup will appear:



You can see the components of BullGuard:

• BullGuard û scans the file or folder
  
• BullGuard with archive support û scans inside archives and mail support
  

By selecting one of these the scan process begins:



In case no infection is found, the scan window will remain open and will automatically close after 30 seconds. In case you want to stop the countdown and read more details regarding the recent scan process, press the button "Stop". Press "Close" to exit and close the window.

If a file is infected then a warning message prompting user for action will appear:



The window contains an ôActionö section where the following options are available:

• Disinfect - disinfects the file
  
• Delete û deletes the infected file
  
• Copy to infected folder û copies the file to the quarantine zone
  
• Ignore û takes no action as far as the infected file is concerned
  

If you check the "Apply to allö button then BullGuard will apply the same action to all infected files found it that scan without further notice.
