BullGuard - Antivirus - Scheduler - New event - Action mode

Tip: Use the menu in this picture to navigate in the Help-file, just like when you use the real BullGuard

Step 7/8: If an infected file is detected during a pre-selected scan, you may configure the BullGuard course of action.

BullGuard Scheduler allows five actions on files detected as infected:

Action on infected/suspect files Description
Clean Repairs the infected file by removing the viral code.
Rename BullGuard will rename the file, without any other confirmation from the user. Through file rename, the possibility that infected files will run and spread the infection is excluded. At the same time, they can thus be saved for future examination and repair.
Delete BullGuard will automatically delete all infected files. Make sure you have a copy and definitely want to delete those files, as this action is automatically performed without confirmation.
Move to quarantine The files marked as infected or suspected will automatically be moved in the quarantine area, preventing infection from spreading into the system. The quarantine files can automatically be sent for analysis to the BullGuard Laboratory.
Auto BullGuard will try to automatically handle the events. In this case the scan configuration of the Scheduler module is identical to that of the BullGuard Scan Now module.
Ignore Ignores the fact that it has detected a virus and continues the scheduled scan task.
