If you want to add a new E-Mail account to Outlook Express:
Click on Edit then on Preferences.
You will see a window like this:
Click on the New Account... button to create a new mail account.
The first screen to appear will be:
Type a name for your email account in the box.
Select POP as the Account Type.
Click OK.

Tick Save Password and enter your password in the box if you wish Outlook Express to remember your password.
Click OK to save the changes.
If you wish to set up a News account in Outlook Express :-
Click on Edit then on Preferences and select News.
You will see a window like:
Click on the Add button and select News to create a new news account.
