Welcome to the GuideBuilder Tutorial! Here you will find a step-by-step demonstration of how to make the most of GuideBuilder's capabilities.

The first thing that you are going to want to do upon starting GuideBuilder is type primary dialogue for the first page of your guide. The text you enter should be some sort of a header or a question you would like to ask the user. For example, let's say that you are the webmaster for a company that produces electronic equipment, and you wish to provide an online support database for people who are having trouble getting their televisions to work properly. In this case, an appropriate question might be, "What seems to be the difficulty with your television?"

> After typing primary dialogue, you may type responses to the primary dialogue in any of the six response fields. The text you enter into each of the response fields could represent possible difficulties the user may be having with your company's product or service. For example, possible responses to the above question might be, "It doesn't turn on" or "All I see on the screen is snow."
