Licence Information for VSpeller not found

This error message is shown on some computers when Constructor 99 is run. It is due to another program on the machine using a different version of the spell checker which Constructor 99 uses. To fix this, you must download the spell checker files from http://www.morpork.u-net.com/Constructor/vspell.zip. Unzip the files contained in this zip file to your Windows\System folder.
