Importing Text Files as HTML

It is now possible to convert text files (*.txt) to HTML files. To do this, use the File | Convert Text File... menu item. From the Open File dialogue box this pops up, select the text file you want to convert. When you have selected the file, this will be converted to HTML and placed in a new tab in Constructor 99. The original file is not changed and you must now either save the converted file as a HTML file or copy and paste it into another file. The title of the new file is by default set to the name of the file.
