Closing Files

Once you have saved the document, if you are not wanting to make any further changes you will want to close it. This will enable you to open more other files and let other programs run faster. To close the current file, use the File | Close menu command. If the file has changed since it was last saved you will be prompted to save it. If you choose Yes, the last file will be overwritten. If you choose No, all the changes to the file since the last save will be lost. If you choose Cancel, the close operation will be canceled and the file will still be open.
