1) DATE has been recorded in the following format: yymmdd (ex.: 970101 is for January 1st, 1997).

2) TIME has been recorded in the following format: hhmm (ex.: 2330 is for 11.30 pm)

Example:

date > '500000' and date < '600000'
(means all cases after January 1st, 1950 but before January 1st, 1960)

province = 'MI' or province='RM'
(means all cases taken places in the provinces of Milano and Roma)
