This screen shot shows the XML Spy application window.
The Enhanced Grid View 
is enabled, and the Altova.xml file is the active document.
The Database/Table view has been activated for the Division element. This view is available wherever the Enhanced Grid view can be activated, and can be used when editing any type of XML file - XML, XSD, XSL etc.
Clicking the "Display as Table" icon, 
activates the Database/Table view.
