This command lets you define the global schema settings.
You set the Default Element Form to Qualified or Unqualified. The same can be defined for the Default Attribute form. These defaults can be changed for each element or form in the Details entry helper.
Enter the Block and Final defaults in the respective text boxes, and enter the schema version number in the Version field.
Click on the "Target namespace" radio button, and enter the namespace if you want to include it.
You can see these settings if you switch to the Text view of XML Spy.
