> Search Menu - Find/Find and Replace

Finding and replacing text in ScriptWorx is very easy. However, there are many options which you may not have encountered before.

- Find Dialog

A log of all your searches is kept for easy access in the future, which you can see next to "Text to Find".

Case sensitivity ensures only matches with the same case you have used are shown, whilst whole words allows only the exact form of words you have used.

Directions can be used to search the text before the cursor point (backwards) or the point after it (forwards).

The scope of your search can either include the entire document, or simply text that you have selected using the mouse or cursor.

The origin performs a similar purpose, but only affects the options you set in scope.

- Find and Replace Dialog

The Replace dialog is very similar to the "Find" option, but has an extra field for text to replace any matches found. This also maintains a separate log for future use. You can select "Prompt on Replace" to confirm if ScriptWorx should replace any text that is found.
