To open a file using HTTP or FTP: Choose Open Remote Location from the file menu.

ScriptWorx provides a unified access method of downloading remote files, both over the web and via FTP. The remote locations dialog box lets you select between either method, such as HTTP:

1. Choose the "Web" button.
2. Enter the URL you wish to download.
3. Specify a directory to save the file to.
4. Indicate the filename with which to save the file.
5. Press "Open" when you are ready.

You may also select from a list of Internet Explorer favorites, which are accessible through the "Favorites" list.

Files can also be opended using a saved ScriptWorx FTP connection, by specifying the URL of the page (eg. /home/softlite/www/filename.htm would be a valid URL, as you don't include a prefix, such as ftp:// or http:// when using the FTP option) and a location to save to. The procedure is almost identical to that used when opening a file on the web.
