Dictating a Document

The speech toolbar on the editing window can start, pause or stop dictation. To begin dictation, click the "Listen" button, which will change color. When you switch speech "on", you can begin dictating your document immediately. To switch speech recognition off, you can alternatively use the "Recognition Off!" command through your microphone.
