Should ScriptWorx crash, or in the event of a serious problem, the Recovery Wizard will activate. This wizard provides a one-click way to save all open files and then close ScriptWorx gracefully.

When you restart ScriptWorx after a crash, the Recovery Wizard will display a list of the saved files. Any files that were not saved prior to the crash will be given automatic names, requiring you to open the file using the list to save it permanently.

The Recovery Wizard also lets you report a program fault to SoftLite, but this is completely optional. Any report generated contains no personal information, instead it covers:

• Your ScriptWorx or SoftLite product version.
• Your operating system name and version.
• The error message generated.

All of these items are dispatched using a secure connection, so that even these details cannot be intercepted by anyone. Should the error message contain a filename not included with ScriptWorx, the filename is deleted and not noted for use.
