If an extension fails to install properly: contact the author of the extension and make sure your version of ScriptWorx is supported.

Should you have problems with all extensions, such as an error message when running ScriptWorx, you may not have the Windows Scripting Host installed on your computer.

1. The first way of obtaining the WSH is to download Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 or higher.
2. Visit the Microsoft web site and download the WSH.
