The Movement not only profits from criminal cyber activities but extorts money and retaliates against its enemies by using Information Warfare.The Movement has developed a sophisticated knowledge for Class 3 Information Warfare which is the ultimate achievement in the electronic frontier. Class 3 Information Warfare is waged against industries, political spheres of influence, global economic forces, or even against entire countries. It is the use of technology against technology. It is about secrets and the theft of secrets, turning information against its owners, denying an enemy the ability to use both his technology and his information. |

| The Movement is organized around a small Command and Control Group where the strategic plans are laid. All other groups report, either directly or indirectly, to this group. The Communications Group is making strong use of encryption methods through the public networks to ensure the communication needs of the organization. The Mapper Group creates a comprehensive location map of the entrances and exits to all targeted nodes. The Cracking Group provides the keys to enter any of the targeted nodes. The Software Development Group creates the software tools needed by the mappers, crackers or Net groups. The Analysis Group interprets and catalogues any information collected from the other groups. The Software Distribution Group proliferates malicious software. This is done by offering shareware such as Archiver in which the malicious software is hidden. The Community Group is in constant contact with other cyberpunk and activist groups. It enables the exchange of information and the coordination of community action. The Net Group does the searchwork using the Internet, and infiltrates remote computers. They roam the global network looking for any useful information: passwords, security information, or sensitive information. The Operations Group physically sets up wiretaps or other devices, as well as destroying certain targets with HERF (High Energy Radio Frequency) guns. The Public Relations Group selectively offers information and disinformation to the press in support of the organization. |
