TPG Value Pack Only
- Payment is in advance for a period of three months. Subsequent renewals are of a three-month period.
- $30 Administration Fee applies.
- No Administration Fees apply to credit card holders when renewing the TPG Value Pack. Other forms of payment will carry subsequent Administration Fees of $30 for each quarterly renewal.
- Registration will not be processed without prior payment. If an account is cancelled for any reason, neither the Administration Fee nor any unused time will be refunded.
- For Credit Card Subscribers TPG will automatically renew your subscription for the next three months debiting the subscription charges from the credit card provided unless written notice of termination is received at least two weeks prior to the expiration of the then current subscription.
- For other forms of payment, it is the Subscribers responsibility to contact TPG to renew their subscription for the next three-month period. TPG may not necessarily contact the subscriber to advise renewal.
- The monthly time period is calculated from the date of the first access connection.
- The Package is available to Sydney, Penrith, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth Subscribers Only.
- This package may not be combined with any other TPG package or offer.
- The TPG Subscriber is required to inform TPG if their credit card expires and provide TPG with details of any new credit card.
- Each TPG Subscriber may login for Internet access as often as they wish whilst their subscription is current. Using the same Username to login from more than one computer at the same time is not permitted and will lead to immediate disconnection and termination of the user’s subscription without further warning. Any unused time as at the date of cancellation will not be reimbursed.
- A Download limit of 300Mb per month is applicable. If the 300Mb limit is exceeded, TPG will issue a warning via e-mail advising the TPG Subscriber, ignoring the warning may result in TPG terminating the subscription.
- TPG will not reimburse Subscribers for any technical support or phone charges incurred while establishing connectivity with TPG.
- TPG Internet may disconnect a session if an extended period of idle time is detected or if a session exceeds 3 hours. Automated methods to avoid disconnection are not permitted.
- Any telephone charges are additional to TPG Internet subscription charges.
- This offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time, which will take effect from the end of your then current subscription.
- TPG Subscribers must connect via a dial-up modem to specified local numbers.
- TPG Subscribers will not be able to connect via PoP’s other than those specified for the TPG Value Package.
- Terminal logins are not permitted.
- During peak periods modems may not always be available.
- This package does not provide for and is not designed for continuous connection. Continuous connection is available through a TPG Permanent Modem Connection package.
- This plan is not available for users of Permanent IP addresses.
- Access may be delivered via TPG Proxy Servers.
- Running servers or providing any public information services from a computer connected via this package is prohibited.
- Subscribers should note that these Package Conditions may be revised at any time by way of update on the TPG web site. Subscribers are bound by any revisions as at the date they are displayed and should regularly examine the current Package Conditions displayed on the TPG web site.
- TPG Subscribers are also bound by the terms and conditions found on the TPG web site. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between these package conditions and the TPG standard terms and conditions found on the TPG web site, these package conditions will prevail.
